Juniper tea

Decoction

Drink ¼ cup as needed, or use topically as a skin wash.

Juniper tincture

1 part fresh berries and leaves, chopped

2 parts menstruum (95 percent alcohol, 5 percent distilled water)

Take 10–15 drops as needed
